At Be Wise, lessons are designed to be engaging, supportive, and purposeful, ensuring every child feels confident and motivated to learn. I specialise in small group tutoring, where children benefit from collaborative learning while still receiving individual attention. Working in small groups allows pupils to share ideas, learn from one another, and build confidence in a safe and encouraging environment. I also offer limited one-to-one sessions for pupils who may benefit from more focused, personalised support.

I strongly believe that learning is most effective when it is interactive and enjoyable. My lessons are carefully structured to include discussion, practical activities, and opportunities for children to actively engage with the content. When learning is fun and meaningful, it sticks.

Building confidence and positive relationships is at the heart of everything I do. I take time to get to know each child, developing a strong rapport so they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating successes. This supportive approach helps children grow not only academically, but also emotionally.

Every lesson is carefully planned and tailored to the needs of the children I teach. I assess each child’s strengths and areas for development and use this information to plan targeted sessions that support progress and challenge them appropriately. By focusing on individual needs within a small group setting, I ensure that every child is supported to move forward with confidence.
