As a passionate tutor, I focus on developing deep understanding rather than encouraging rote memorisation. My lessons are highly interactive, tailored to each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style, with an emphasis on real-world intuition to make abstract concepts more relatable.

I regularly use past paper questions alongside custom-written problems designed to target specific topics at the right level of challenge. I have in-depth experience with the Edexcel, AQA, and OCR exam boards, allowing me to prepare students with board-specific strategies and question familiarity to help them feel fully confident on exam day.

A typical session lasts an hour and a half but can be adjusted to suit the student’s needs. I’ve taught students aged 6 to 19, and have particular experience tutoring GCSE and A-level Maths and Further Maths students, helping learners of all abilities—whether they’re catching up, striving for top grades, or even learning early numeracy!

With a First-Class Mathematics degree (80%) and current MSc study at LSE, I offer both academic rigour and a friendly, encouraging approach. My goal is not just to help students succeed in exams, but to empower them to feel confident and capable in maths for life.
