My Italian lessons are personalised, practical and focused on helping you communicate confidently in real-life situations. Whether you are a complete beginner, an intermediate learner or an advanced student, I adapt each lesson to your level, goals and interests.

Lessons are usually one-to-one and follow a clear but flexible structure. We begin with a short conversation or warm-up activity to review previous material and introduce the topic of the lesson. We then work on the language you need to communicate effectively, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and useful expressions. A significant part of the lesson is dedicated to speaking, because I believe that using the language actively is the best way to develop confidence and fluency.

I have a Master’s degree in teaching Italian as a second language and extensive experience teaching languages to students with different backgrounds, ages and learning objectives. I also have experience teaching online, so my lessons are interactive and designed to keep you actively involved rather than simply listening to the teacher.

Depending on your goals, lessons can include conversation practice, grammar explanations, role-plays, reading and listening activities, pronunciation work, or preparation for travel, work or exams. I can also provide homework and personalised exercises when appropriate.

My aim is to create a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. Step by step, we will build your Italian skills, confidence and ability to communicate naturally.
