Hello! I'm a qualified and experienced teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, specialising in Spanish and Italian up to A Level. Since 2020, I’ve been teaching A Level Spanish at Pembrokeshire College, and over the years I’ve helped students achieve excellent results at both GCSE and A Level across several institutions, including Gorseinon College, Bro Dinefwr School, Llandovery College, Gower College Swansea, and Pembrokeshire College.
My teaching approach combines a strong focus on grammar with the development of confident oral communication. I encourage students to engage in conversations on a wide range of culturally rich topics—such as lifestyle, traditions, and festivals—using authentic reading materials tailored to their interests and needs.
Students often describe me as approachable, supportive, and enthusiastic. I thrive on creating dynamic, meaningful learning experiences that inspire confidence and curiosity. Whether you're preparing for exams or simply want to improve your language skills, I’m here to help. I’m also an experienced examiner and have taught adult learners for six years at Bloomfield Community Centre in Narberth.
Based in Carmarthenshire, I primarily offer online tuition, but I’m happy to travel to students’ homes within a reasonable distance (please note: a small additional fee applies to cover travel costs).
