I try to find what you already know and build there knowledge from that perspective by facilitating your higher order thinking.

I also train employees of companies for HR related, skills updating, communication, or other purposes.

I also have experience (and certification) in designing assessments (tests/exams) and giving constructive feedback to learn from.
