I have a broad experience of engaging with humans from all parts of the world. I have just returned to the UK from being in South Africa for 16 years where I ran my own company building homes with sandbags. I also tutored in the architecture department of the University of Cape Town. This can then be used as a foundation to explore words, sentence structures, 'rules' , that will help bring confidence in the learners desire to communicate: both verbally and written.
Obviously it depends on the current level of the learner. We can collaboratively develop a work/learning plan together that will provide a route map for the learning season. Learning is hard and so its imperative that we can pay attention to when small wins are made. We are not looking for perfection, but small incremental improvements, where we can consolidate the difference.
