As a Health and Wellbeing Coach, I help students who struggle to find balance, stay motivated, and manage their time effectively. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your challenges and discover what truly works for you. Every session is tailored to your individual goals, combining practical tools with evidence-based coaching techniques to improve focus, confidence, and productivity.
My approach is collaborative and empowering - rather than providing ready-made solutions, I guide you to develop your own strategies. This helps you build self-awareness, take ownership of your progress, and develop the confidence to overcome obstacles independently. I believe lasting change comes from within, so my sessions are designed to help you strengthen your mindset, clarify your goals, and sustain positive habits long after our work together ends.
