About me

I am a maths teacher with experience teaching students from KS2 to KS5. I teach maths by building strong foundations, explaining concepts step by step, and connecting ideas to real-life examples. I focus on understanding rather than memorising, encourage students to ask questions, and use practice and problem-solving to build confidence.

I focus on understanding rather than memorising, encourage students to ask questions, and use practice and problem-solving to build confidence.

I adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs and help them develop logical thinking, exam techniques, and the skills needed to succeed. I have also worked as a maths examiner for AQA, CIE and OCR, which gives me valuable insight into assessment and exam requirements.
