Hey, I’m Aysia

A bit about me, I studied Spanish at university, which gave me a strong foundation in the language, and I also lived in Spain while working as an English language teacher. That experience helped me understand that children learn languages best in a natural, practical way, not just through textbooks, and how important it is for lessons to feel engaging and supportive.

My lessons are designed to be fun, structured, and confidence building, with a focus on helping children feel comfortable and excited about learning Spanish. I understand that parents want lessons that are both enjoyable and educational, so I make sure every session has clear learning outcomes while still feeling light, interactive, and age appropriate.

Each lesson includes a mix of simple conversation practice, interactive games, worksheets, and visual or video content to help reinforce vocabulary and understanding in a way that sticks. I also include short, manageable homework tasks so children can practise between lessons and build consistency without feeling overwhelmed.

I adapt my teaching style depending on the child’s age and personality, making sure lessons move at a pace that suits them while still encouraging progress. For younger learners especially, I focus on repetition, creativity, and positive reinforcement so they stay motivated and actually enjoy the learning process.

Overall, my goal is to help children build confidence, develop a strong foundation in Spanish, and enjoy learning a new language in a fun and supportive environment, while giving parents reassurance that they are learning in a structured and meaningful way.
