My lessons are delivered online and are structured around a clear plan so students always know what to expect and can track their progress. Each session begins with a quick review of what we covered previously before moving on to new material, ensuring nothing gets left behind. I tailor every lesson to the individual student, identifying the areas they find most challenging and building targeted practice around those. For GCSE English Language students, this might mean working through past paper questions together, breaking down mark schemes, or practising specific skills like language analysis and narrative writing. For younger students, I focus on building strong foundations in reading and writing in a way that feels fun and confidence-boosting rather than pressured. Drawing on my experience tutoring GCSE English Language, coaching at Durham City Aquatics and delivering educational sessions through the LSE Legal Advice Centre, I know how to keep students engaged, explain things clearly and celebrate progress at every stage!
