When you choose me as your tutor, the first thing we'll do it is decide on what you most need or want out of our lessons, and from there, we'll decide together what shape that will take.

Would like more conversation practice? Let's find some topics to speak about and I will steer you in the right direction should you need an correction.
Do you need help with specific parts of English, like grammar, vocabulary, spelling, reading comprehension? Let's work out exactly where you need practice, and then go through some exercises and drills and continually monitor your progress.
Are you working towards a specific exam and want support as you prepare? Let's find your weak points and work on improving those geared specifically towards your exam.
Are you taking classes in a group setting and want help supporting that? Let's look at your lessons, identify potential problem areas, and make sure you understand everything fully.

Regardless of where your learning is it, I will meet you there and tailor the lessons to your needs.
We might read and discuss short articles or text excepts together, go through your homework if anything is unclear, complete exercises to further your understanding, or even just talk together with the aim to use and solidify certain concepts.

You have all the power to shape our lessons together at any point. At the end of every lesson, I will check in to see where the focus of our next lesson should be, and will prepare accordingly.
Throughout our lessons together, I will keep notes in order to ensure your learning keeps improving, and so that I can provide the best possible tutoring lessons for you.
