Auba Ramis

Hi there!
I am Auba, I'm 32 years old and I'm from Spain. Communication has always been a must in my life. I love reading and writing, so a massive understanding of the Spanish language has been part of my entire life.
I started as a tutor a couple of years ago, due to Covid. I started with one student, then that student recommended me to a friend, and I started growing like that. I also started taking some courses, to improve my teaching skills.

I always make sure that my classes are dynamic and that there is at least one part of the class where we can speak, even from the very beginner's level. That's because I realised that I only really learnt English once I moved to the UK and started speaking it. I don't believe in repeating lists of hundreds of words, I believe in using them in a conversation to make sure that our brain remembers them.

Besides, as I find that sitting for an hour and writing some a/b/c/d answers is the most boring way to learn something, I always find creative exercises to make it fun and enjoyable (and also, you are definitely going to remember things easier if you are engaging and having fun while learning).
