### Professional Tutor Bio

I am a motivated and enthusiastic university student with a strong academic and professional background in **Business Management, STEM education, innovation, and project development**. I am passionate about helping students build confidence in their abilities, develop practical skills, and understand how their education connects to the world around them.

Throughout my university studies and professional experiences, I have developed strong skills in **communication, presentation, organisation, problem-solving, business analysis, data analysis, teamwork, and public speaking**. I am particularly passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that make complex subjects easier to understand and encourage students to become more independent and confident learners.

A key part of my experience has been developing my **STEM Time Machine** educational programme, designed to introduce secondary-school students to STEM, emerging technologies, sustainability, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through interactive and practical learning. Developing this programme has given me valuable experience in educational planning, creating learning materials, communicating with young people, and transforming academic concepts into engaging activities.

My tutoring approach is **student-centred, supportive, and adaptable**.
