Hi! I’m Aska a Japanese native living in the UK.
I love traveling — I’ve visited many places both in Japan and overseas. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and learning about new cultures.

Before moving to the UK, I worked as a nurse. This experience taught me how to be patient, kind, and supportive — qualities I also bring to my lessons. I really enjoy helping others and seeing their progress.

I used to join language exchange events in Japan and made many international friends through my language school. I love teaching about Japanese culture and everyday expressions.

My lessons are friendly, relaxed, and fun! I aim to create a comfortable space where you can enjoy learning and speaking Japanese without feeling nervous.
I also like to tailor my lessons to each student’s interests and goals — whether you love anime, travel, food, or just casual conversation, we can learn through topics you enjoy! ??

I’m also teaching my husband Japanese little by little, so I can explain things in English when needed.
My lessons are perfect for beginners, travelers, or anyone who wants to enjoy chatting in Japanese and learning about Japanese culture.
