Research Associate in PAK-USA PROJECT OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FOR BIOENERGY PRODUCTION.
My expertise are in

Next generation DNA sequencing of microbial community involve in bioenergy production during
anaerobic digestion of organic waste.
• McrA gene cloning of methanogenic archaea. Molecular characterization of mcrA from methanogen.
• Community structural and functional analysis in digesters
• Cloning, (random and TA cloning), Primer designing, PCR (Error prone, gradient, hot start PCR,), SDS
PAGE, Zymography, gel electrophoresis, Lowry and Bradford assay for protein estimation.
• Preparation of competent cells, transformation, ligation, restriction analysis, mini prep, gel extraction,
estimation of enzyme production and enzyme assay by fermentation techniques.
• Studies on kinetic parameters of enzymes production, Industrial applications of enzymes.
