I am very passionate toward tutoring job. I help student understand the key concepts. I will plan my lessons and prepare test materials for the students. I will teach them the technical skills to improve their academic performance. I will find out what the students interested on and create lessons and activities that incorporate those interests. I use digital media like photography, video, or audio to create a photo collage, short video,or record a podcast episode about a particular topic. I will plan my schedule of lesson and activities on themes related to holidays, seasons or other events that are important to students. I will help student work through any fear they hold on the topic. I used to appreciate my students by giving them lots of praise and possibly rewards such as stickers, pens, pencils, snacks or homemade medals to celebrate the students efforts and accomplishments.
