The beginning of every lesson will commence with a short quiz on topics we have covered on our previous lessons. This ensures content is frequently revisited and refreshed so that it can be stored in your long term memory.
Afterwards we will thoroughly go over a chosen topic by using the specification of your exam board. The continuous use of the specification ensures all possible content that could be asked in your exams is known and understood; providing you with a high level of confidence going into the exam room.
The pace of lessons is completely determined by you as we will only move on to another topic once you feel comfortable with a topic in both the understanding and ability to apply your knowledge on a range of exam questions.
If you believe that you would benefit spending more time on a specific topic, then I will more than happily accommodate this into the lessons.
Near the end of the lesson I will post a number of exam questions ,taken from various sources, on the topic we just went through. The rest of the lesson will then be spent on answering the questions; followed by reviewing the answers alongside the mark scheme and filling in any knowledge gaps that have been spurred by the questions provided.
Any video calling platform is suitable ( Zoom, Google Meet etc..).
