I'm currently a 2nd year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Birmingham, and maths has been central to everything I've studied, from GCSE through A-Level and now at university. I got a Grade 9 in Maths at GCSE and an A in Maths at A-Level, so I know exactly what's needed at each stage and where students commonly get stuck.
What matters most to me is that you actually understand the material, not just memorise steps, and that you leave every lesson feeling more confident than when you started. I put a lot of care into each student's progress and I'm happy to adapt my approach depending on how you learn best.
