Arron Davies

My lessons are relaxed, practical and tailored to each student. I like to start by understanding what you want to achieve, whether that’s learning your favourite songs, improving your technique, understanding music theory, writing your own music, or simply becoming more confident playing guitar.

I have a strong background in music, including a Distinction in Music and experience studying performance, composition, production and the music industry. I bring that practical experience into my lessons, keeping things enjoyable while helping students build solid foundations.

Lessons can include learning chords and scales, rhythm and strumming, riffs, lead guitar, song learning, improvisation, music theory and songwriting. I can also adapt the lessons around the music you actually enjoy, because I believe you’re more likely to stay motivated when you’re learning something you genuinely like.

I aim to make every lesson feel like progress rather than a test. We’ll work at your pace, build on what you’ve already learned, and I’ll give you practical exercises and things to work on between lessons so you can continue developing your skills.
