I have a Master's degree in Mathematics from Cambridge university. Does that make me pompous and difficult to talk to? Not at all.

I am adaptable and approachable, tailoring my style to your individual and personal needs. This has allowed me to build trust with learners, even those who previously struggled to engage with education. I believe that effective teaching comes from inspiration, enthusiasm, and the ability to encourage excitement for learning.

For over 27 years, I have taught Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Statistics to students from Year 5 through to Year 13, covering GCSE, iGCSE, AS Level, A Level, and International Baccalaureate. My teaching experience spans mainstream schools and alternative provision settings, providing me with a broad perspective on how best to support diverse learners.

My commitment to positive outcomes is reflected in the fact that I raised pass rates at one school to the highest in its history.
