I design online learning to feel like a live, personal coaching room, not a webinar. People learn by doing, so every session is built around practice, feedback and real-world application.
You will observe your behavioural development after each session.
Start with the outcome. Before we begin, each participant agrees what they want to achieve and how we'll know it has worked. A short pre-programme questionnaire or the EBW online assessment gives us a clear baseline.
Short, focused modules. Each 60–90 minute session concentrates on one skill and follows the same rhythm: skills, then practice, then confidence.
Real material, not case studies. Participants work on what matters to them now, such as a board update, a pitch, a difficult conversation or an interview answer.
Practice and feedback on camera. Participants present live and we review together how their words, voice and body language land. Online is ideal for this, because presence on camera is now part of leadership.
Learning between sessions. Every session ends with practical actions. Participants reflect and practice between modules, with accountability partners keeping momentum going.
Sessions are tailored to each participant's goals and challenges.
Measurable progress. We review progress against the outcomes agreed at the start, so participants can observe their development every session.
Because what you say is as important as how you say it, online learning has to give people the chance to practice both, in a setting that feels safe and real. You can implement the skills immediately and practice every day.
