Via On-Line Life Coaching I love to help students to firstly identify their goals for their future and then work with them in small bitesize steps to plan, get organised and recognise their achievements however small them seem along the way.

Having worked in industry within Recruitment for over 40 years, (across many sectors) I can help them to understand what a good personal profile would need to have eventually so that they can enter the best career option for them at a later date.

The earlier a student not only knows this but is supported to do this will aid their confidence levels enormously which in turn aids their overall well-being later in life.
