Having secured top grades in Spanish GCSE and A Level, I wanted to use my love of the language to help others progress with Spanish and boost their confidence generally and for exam preparation. I use a video call format and activities based on the specification and your specific needs that we can work through together and that students can attempt between sessions to build on our lessons. I also use flashcards and resources that can be shared for self testing which I am happy to work through with students so they are able to understand and access them independently to boost learning.
I can work through past papers, worksheets on more specific vocabulary/topics that could appear in exams, speaking practice, writing tasks and listening tasks to ensure confidence in every area of the specification.
Lessons are student focused and tailored to your needs to ensure confidence for exams whilst remaining enjoyable and engaging, I hope to share my own passion for languages and their applications.
My own experience of sitting Spanish exams is fully considered when tutoring so that students are assured learning methods work and I understand the importance of feeling confident and happy in the subject when it comes to exam success.
I am continuing my own languages journey currently, having secured a 9 at GCSE and A* at A Level, I am continuing Spanish at university level to become fully proficient as well as using my understanding of languages and learning to start 2 new languages, Spanish and Catalan.
