The secondary school years are crucial for every student, as it lays the foundation to his/her further education and life as such.
As a tutor, guidance is key in making students visualize their own path towards an excelling career. As a part of tutoring, I use a systematic approach to making students understand key topics in biology, first through the use an audio/visual presentation consisting diagrams and other concepts. Followed by an interactive session discussing those topics and also any doubts or queries the students have. Practising examination level questions in the form of tests and later a discussion on those tests. Revising the discussed topics before examinations.
