Hi, I’m Anjita! I’m a sixth-form student offering Maths and Science tuition from KS1 to GCSE. My aim is to make tricky topics feel manageable and help you feel comfortable asking questions, even when you’re unsure where to start.

I have experience providing private tuition in pupils’ homes, as well as supporting children during work experience at St Hilda’s Primary School. These experiences have helped me develop a patient approach and recognise that the same explanation won’t work for everyone. Sometimes a diagram, an everyday example or working through a question together can make things much clearer.

We’ll begin by talking about what you find difficult, what you enjoy and what you’d like to achieve. A typical lesson will include a short recap, a clear explanation of the topic, guided practice and a chance to try questions independently. We’ll finish by reviewing what you’ve understood and deciding what needs more practice.

For younger learners, I’ll include games, quick quizzes, pictures and practical examples to keep sessions engaging. For KS3 and GCSE students, we’ll work on subject knowledge alongside problem-solving, exam questions and how to show working or explain scientific ideas clearly. Online sessions will give you plenty of opportunities to participate and talk through your thinking.

As a student myself, I understand how frustrating it can feel when something doesn’t click straight away. You won’t be rushed or expected to understand everything the first time. Whether you want support with schoolwork, help preparing for a test or an extra challenge, we’ll work at a pace that suits you and build your confidence step by step.
