I have achieved all 9s at GCSES. I currently do mentoring in school and volunteer at the hospital every week. I also am doing 4 A-levels which are biology, chemistry, maths and economics. I like to be engaging and ask lots of questions and I also believe lots of questions practice is the key to getting good marks. I am an avid listener so I will tailor lessons to the child's needs regarding how they process information and learn. I like to also make lessons fun so I'd like to do quizzes to make sure they retain information. For English I'd focus on vocab and creative writing and for maths I'd focus on question practice and making sure they know how to approach questions and what they need to ensure they can finish an exam in time. I would use worksheets and past papers for maths and for English I'd use an interactive whiteboard and Quizlet to get them to learn useful vocabulary. I'd do 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 minute lessons so that they don't need to be sitting in front of a computer screen for long.
