Format: Each lesson is a private 1-to-1 online session, usually 50-60 minutes. We always start with a warm-up conversation to get you speaking, then we move to the main focus of the day – this could be grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, or conversation practice. We finish with a quick recap and clear next steps so you know exactly what to practise.

Content and dynamics: I believe you learn a language by speaking it, so my lessons are very interactive and student-centred. I explain new concepts clearly in simple terms, switching to English when needed, then I give you plenty of time to think, answer, and form sentences yourself. I don't interrupt – I listen, let you finish, and then I correct gently afterwards. Making mistakes is an important part of learning, and I create a safe space where you feel confident to try.

We learn with real-life materials – everyday dialogues, songs, short videos, news articles, menus, and situations you would actually face travelling or working in France. This helps you understand how French people really speak, not just textbook phrases.

Experience: I'm based in London and fluent in French and English, with experience helping students from beginners to A-Level who struggled with confidence. I am patient, encouraging, and I adapt to your pace. My goal is simple: to make you feel comfortable, motivated, and proud of your progress in every single lesson.
