My lessons will be geared around the students and their experience level and largely follow a tutorial format - as if I were mentoring a junior in my design team.

If you have projects you are working on we will discuss and I will add guidance and offer direction and critique.

If you don't I will set you a project and walk with you as you tackle the various stages to complete the job successfully to a final design that meets professional standards.

This means we'll move at your pace - but like any good creative manager I may push you to hone the skills you are developing.
