A bit about me: I’m an engineering student at Durham university, at a levels I achieve an A* in maths and an A* in further maths. I’m very passionate about drumming and rock and metal music!!


For lessons: I would begin by asking if there are any topics they specifically struggle with and address those topics first. Or I would work through the syllabus. I’d explain the topic using simple examples to show how these ideas might transfer into a question, then I’d get the student to attempt a few simple questions to see where their understanding is at. I’d continue by upping the difficulty through the lesson, giving harder questions to test them as we go
