In my experience of teaching I have used a range of real life scenarios for the learners from checking in at the airport or hotel, ordering food at a restaurant to handling a job interview or business meetings.

This is helpful for when learning a language as it places learners into situations that are likely to occur when travelling for leisure, having day to day conversations; or for business interactions.

The way I work is tailoring the lessons specifically to the learners needs and preferences, therefore each session is client focused and individualised. Then, in the first session I will discuss with the learner about their expectations and how far and where they want to head with their learning.
