I am an online English teacher specialising in lessons for adults and teenagers, including professionals who use English for work, travel and personal development. I graduated with an excellent diploma in Linguistics and Language Teaching from the Higher School of Economics (HSE), one of the leading universities in this field.
My lessons are highly personalised and built around each student's goals, interests and professional needs. I follow a communicative approach, which means students spend most of the lesson actively using English through discussions, problem-solving tasks and meaningful conversations rather than simply completing exercises.
I also incorporate lexical and guided discovery approaches into my teaching. Instead of memorising isolated vocabulary items or grammar rules, students learn natural expressions, collocations and language patterns in context and discover how English works through carefully designed activities.
Depending on your goals, lessons may include speaking practice, vocabulary development, grammar in context, listening activities and discussions based on authentic materials such as articles, videos, podcasts and social media content. I also enjoy creating lessons tailored to specific professions and interests.
My aim is not only to help students improve their English level, but also to help them become confident, independent users of the language who can communicate naturally, effectively and comfortably in real-life situations.
I work with learners from A1 to B2 levels and believe that progress comes from consistency, curiosity and active participation. My priority is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and experimenting with new language daily.
