My lessons are delivered entirely online, making it easy to fit nutrition coaching around your work, studies, or personal commitments. Every session is personalised to your individual goals, whether you're looking to lose weight, develop healthier eating habits, improve your relationship with food, or simply feel more confident about your nutrition.

Our first session focuses on understanding your current lifestyle, eating habits, daily routine, and any challenges you may be facing. Together, we'll set realistic, achievable goals and create a plan that works for you. Rather than following restrictive diets or quick fixes, I focus on building sustainable habits that you can maintain long-term.

During our sessions, we'll cover topics such as balanced nutrition, portion control, meal planning, food shopping, healthy snacking, reading food labels, and making healthier choices when eating out. If you're a university student living away from home for the first time, I can also help you learn how to prepare simple, nutritious, and budget friendly meals that fit your lifestyle.

Each lesson is interactive, supportive, and evidence-based, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and gain practical knowledge you can apply immediately. I'll also help you stay motivated by tracking your progress, celebrating your achievements, and adjusting your plan as your goals evolve.

As a third-year Human Nutrition student, I'm passionate about helping others improve their health through realistic, science-backed nutrition guidance. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge, confidence, and support you need to make lasting lifestyle changes and achieve your health goals.
