With over seven years of tutoring experience, I am passionate about helping students build confidence, develop their skills and achieve their academic potential. My teaching approach

My lessons are structured, engaging and tailored to each learner. I use a range of teaching methods and resources, including visual aids, practical activities, guided practice, interactive games and exam-style questions, to make learning accessible and enjoyable. I encourage students to ask questions, think independently and develop the confidence to tackle challenges for themselves.

For students preparing for GCSEs and A-levels, I focus on strengthening subject knowledge, developing exam technique and understanding assessment requirements across different exam boards. For younger learners, I aim to build strong foundations in English and maths through supportive, engaging activities that develop essential skills.

SEN and home education support

I have experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and understand the importance of patience, consistency and flexibility. I adapt the pace, resources and structure of lessons to help students remain engaged, feel supported and make meaningful progress. I also welcome home-educated learners looking for personalised tuition that complements their education.
