I am a friendly and highly qualified French and Spanish tutor offering engaging, tailored lessons for primary school pupils through to A-level students. I hold a BA in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) and have completing an MA in Interpreting and Translating, giving me a deep understanding of French language and grammar. My lessons are held online and I regularly use online resources to help deliver my classes.

I have extensive experience working with learners of different ages and backgrounds. I have supported primary-aged pupils by delivering interactive and confidence-building sessions, as well as teenage students by helping them develop exam skills and accuracy. Alongside this, I have worked with online learners, creating personalised learning plans based on individual goals, whether for travel, work or personal development.

My teaching style is structured and encouraging. I place strong emphasis on building rapport, maintaining motivation and adapting lessons to suit each learner’s needs and learning style. I use my experience of working and studying in France and Spain to help learners gain confidence in their speaking, especially pronunciation, and knowledge of grammar. The exercises I develop are based on the four main skills of speaking, writing, reading and listening that are covered at both GCSE and A-level.

Lessons can focus on school curriculum support, GCSE and A-level exam preparation, speaking and listening practice, grammar consolidation or confidence-building. I aim to make languages both accessible and enjoyable, while helping students achieve real progress.
