For me, understanding and establishing good relations with your student is vital for them to learn efficiently from you, hence why I strive to give my students my full attention and find the roots of the problems they are having with English. Having achieved 2 9s in English myself at GCSE (now studying English literature A-level), as well as 9s in both history and religious studies, I pride myself in being a hard working, determined individual who is always prepared to push myself beyond my limits for success. I would love to use said skills in reading, literacy and articulation to help GCSE students in years 10 and 11 to reach their full potential. I can cover all aspects of GCSE English literature and language: narratives, poetry, writing to argue, analysis of text, descriptions, reading, test papers, etc. Students should come prepared with what they need help on and let me know this so that I can plan ahead, being able to help them and guide them to success to the best of my ability.
