How I Work Online & What You Can Expect

All of my coaching is done online over video, which means you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable whether that’s your sofa, your office, or even your car between things. Sessions are usually around 60 minutes, and everything is tailored to you and what you need in that moment.

I’m not a coach who will sit silently and just nod along. I’ll listen properly, ask the right questions, and gently challenge you when it’s helpful but always in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

You can expect me to be warm, honest, and completely non-judgemental. My aim is to create a space where you can be yourself, say things out loud that you might not have said before, and start to make sense of what’s going on for you.

We’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck, explore your patterns and beliefs, and find practical ways to help you move forward. Some sessions might feel reflective, others more action-focused it really depends on where you’re at.

There’s no pressure to have it all figured out before you come. You don’t need the “right words” or a clear plan just a willingness to show up as you are.

I am a massive advocate for being proud of where you are now and it will be a fantastic foundation for building what aligns and feels right for you! Understanding that perfection isn't needed in today's world, just a little motivation to get started.
