Hi! I’m a recent Master’s graduate from King’s College London, where I completed my MSc in Organisational Psychiatry & Psychology, after previously completing a BSc in Applied Psychology.
Having studied Psychology, Sociology and English Literature at A-Level myself, I know first-hand how daunting A-Levels can feel. Between keeping up with content, remembering theories and studies, writing endless essays and trying to figure out exactly what examiners are looking for, it can sometimes become overwhelming. I’ve been in that position, and that’s a big part of why I want to tutor.
Since my A-Levels, I’ve gone on to study Psychology at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, developing strong skills in academic writing, research, critical analysis and evaluation. I want to use what I’ve learnt along the way to make things easier for students who are now where I once was.
I can help with Psychology, Sociology, English Literature and English Language, whether that means breaking down a difficult topic, understanding theories, analysing literature, planning essays, improving evaluation, practising past papers or learning how to structure answers to pick up more marks.
Most importantly, I want my lessons to be a space where students feel comfortable asking questions. You don't need to worry about getting something wrong or not understanding it straight away. I’ll adapt my explanations to you and work through things at your pace.
I know how stressful these years can be, but I also know how much of a difference the right guidance, structure and encouragement can make. My aim is to help you become more confident in your subjects, strengthen your exam technique and make A-Levels feel much more manageable.
