I have 5 years of experience teaching mathematics to A-level/GCSE, SAT Math, university-level Math Students in subjects such as
Pure Mathematics, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Probability and Statistics.
My approach is to explain to them a recipe for how to solve, e.g., a differential equation in layman's terms, use a game-based approach and provide valuable feedback on their learning and help them to correct their mistakes in mathematics. Students achieve goals (average +25% in 5 lessons) through lessons and markscheme-aligned feedback. Comfortable with Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Workspace and Desmos.
In terms of the marking schemes, I tell students what could be done more to improve their performance in maths exams and how to inspire and motivate themselves better to do math
