I am about to graduate from university with a degree in primary school teaching. I can use a wide range of resources and create a wide range of resources to cater for your child. I am an enthusiastic and determined teacher who demonstrates a passion for teaching children and creating an enthusiasm for learning among all children. I have experience of working with children and I understand how to cater for all children's needs to create a learning environment in which they thrive. I have experience of training at a number of different schools and have used a number of schemes including White Rose Maths and Little Wandle. I can prepare exciting and engaging resources to ensure your child enjoys learning and the passion that I have will be recognised by your child. My lessons will consist of a pre-assessment to gauge where the child is at however this will only be for the first lesson. Following on, my lessons will consist of a recap, key vocabulary and often an I do, we do, you do structure. This allows a gradual release of responsibility for the child. My lessons will be around 30 minutes long and they will take place over Zoom. I will aim to give lessons 3 times a week however this can be changed to more or less to suit the needs of your child. I will also give the child a worksheet to complete in their own time to assess how well they have understood the learning. My central aim is to ensure your child enjoys learning!
