I am a 31-year-old, Australian-trained Senior Physiotherapist currently registered with the HCPC and practicing in the UK. My career has been defined by a global perspective on healthcare, having successfully navigated the rigorous regulatory and clinical transitions between the Southern and Northern Hemispheres.
Skills & Experience- Clinical Mastery: Deep expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, rehabilitation protocols, and patient-centered care.
Regulatory Navigation: Extensive knowledge of HCPC registration, international clinical standards, and the nuances of practicing in different global healthcare systems.
Strategic Planning: A knack for optimizing professional goals, whether you are preparing for exams or planning a career move to hubs like Singapore or Australia.
The sessions would be structured in a- 1. Case-Based Learning I encourage learning through Clinical Reasoning. Instead of reading from a textbook, I will present a "de-identified" patient case from my own experience to reach autonomous clinician mode early in your career.
2. Assiting in Career Coaching A step-by-step breakdown of the HCPC application, the portfolio requirements, and understanding the "Scope of Practice". This means strategic roadmap sessions to refine and review your CV in order to land jobs easier.
3. Practical Exam & Placement Prep Improving efficiency in how to work smarter, not harder especially in a clinical placement and eventually in your wokring career. Knowing how to come up and justify your treatment plan using the latest evidence-based practice.
