I’m a newly qualified teacher who absolutely loves helping children feel confident and proud of their progress. I’ve worked in both KS1 and KS2, so I understand how different every child’s learning journey can be.

My lessons are calm, encouraging, and completely tailored to your child: whether we’re working on reading, writing, or building up their confidence. I keep things simple and positive. We take it step by step and always celebrate the wins, big or small!

Each session usually follows a clear structure: we start with a warm-up activity to get their brains engaged (like a phonics game, a handwriting challenge or a vocabulary task), then move into the main part of the lesson. This might include shared reading, guided writing, or working through a task together depending on your child’s focus area. I finish with a mini review or fun recap to help everything sink in and end the lesson on a high note.

I’m very interactive and always encourage children to ask questions, share ideas, and feel proud of what they achieve. I use lots of praise, visual aids, games and challenges to help keep them engaged.

Whether your child is struggling with phonics, finding creative writing tricky, or just needs a bit of a confidence boost, I’m here to support them every step of the way. I believe every child can shine with the right guidance, patience and encouragement.
