Firstly, I understand the student that what he wants, and after then I go for rectifying him or her. I go with the chapter which he or she likes the most because it will build a confidence In him or her and after that I go with the flow. The main thing is confidence if that student is confident enough then they will make it, it may take time but one day he will achieve in his own way. I am just like the light of the torch the more he uses in there dark time the more chances are made to there ways
