By using my interview, research & writing,skills gathered by 20 years of working as an international journalist (NBC Moscow, Associated Press, ABC News London) to become a global speaker & author in the field of Relationship & Sed Education (RSE) & communications coaching. I know first hand how much more effective it is to engage students in discussions about real-life, relevant scenarios regarding healthy sexual relationships, consent, how social media & online pornopgrahy are influencing young people's attitudes, behaviors & expectations, misogyny, personal safety at parties, at festivals or just pout & about are to , lecturing them with slides showing statistics & studies.

I co-founded the RAP Project® ( ) & served as the founding CEO of our charity the RAP Foundation, ( ), & have spoken to tens of thousands of pupils, parents & teaching staff throughout the UK & abroad.

My workshops are dynamic, interactive, age-appropriate & culturally sensitive. My work is informed by 14-years of listening to students' observations, experiences as well as collecting anonymous data on their confidence & knowledge of many RSE-relevant subjects. I am passionate about my work, empathise with the enormous pressure Digital Natives are under, & I believe the two most important words in any language today are Critical Thinking.
