Hi! I am a final year Medical Genetics student at a top London University, with GCSEs in Triple Science (grades 999) and A levels in Biology (A) and Chemistry (A). I have 2 years of previous tutoring experience and a background in healthcare, so I can support you with GCSE’s and extracurriculars too!

I usually run lessons by Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. I like to start with some active recall, encouraging the student to tell me what they remember about the subject. From there, we go through the specification points to check anything they have missed or don’t understand, before moving on to practice and past paper questions.

I prefer to spend most of the session completing questions because this is the best way to achieve high marks! However, I can adapt and tailor the session to the student’s preference and we can adjust the pace as needed.

Depending on how confident you feel at the end of the session, we can set some questions to complete before we next meet, so that we can briefly go through them in the next session to check your understanding.
