I use a "Demonstrator and Coach" approach, replacing long explanations with live modelling, visual hooks, and physical props. By using active tools like mini-whiteboards and "Think-Pair-Share" tasks, I ensure students are always participating rather than just listening.Experience & Adaptive Teaching.With extensive primary experience, I use adaptive teaching to support all learning styles. I maintain high expectations for every student by keeping core tasks the same but providing targeted, temporary scaffolds—like word banks or visual aids—for those who need help. For advanced learners, I offer deep, critical-thinking extensions. I assess understanding in real time, adapting my pace instantly to build confidence and ensure progress.
