Full time head of A Level maths at a high performing secondary school and sixth form (I achieved a P8 of 2.47 for my 2024 class). Over 15 years experience of tutoring. Have worked with over 80 students on a one-one basis with a wide range of abilities/exam boards/needs. Examiner for Edexcel A Level and Cambridge International IGCSE/A Level/Additional Maths papers. Marked over 5,000 scripts and involved each year in writing the mark scheme for the 9709 A Level paper 3.

I graduated in 2014 with a Masters in Civil Engineering from University of Bristol and then worked for 3 years for Arup, an engineering and design firm in London. I spent the next 2 years combining tutoring part-time with working on various projects that advocate for migrant rights. I completed my teacher training in 2021 and currently work at a high performing state school as head of A Level maths where I lead the A Level Maths and Further Maths programme (as well as teaching lower down the school e.g. GCSE). I absolutely love maths and would value the opportunity to help students to build their confidence with the subject and excel in their exams or school work.
