I have just finished my Masters degree at the University of Oxford in English Literature ( ), after first completing my Bachelors in English at the University of Cambridge. I have 2 years tutoring experience in English Literature and Language and a great enthusiasm for teaching!

My tutoring sessions will be varied, focussing on whatever areas the student requests help with. I can teach curriculum content, particularly for the AQA, OCR, and Eduquas exam boards for GCSE and A-Level, essay skills, and exam techniques. In the past, I have also had students submit practice essays to me for marking and feedback, which has been a very effective method for improving essay skills and getting a great grade in the exams.

I am also happy to tutor students through the Oxbridge admissions process at undergraduate or postgraduate level, since I have experience applying to both universities. I have most knowledge of the process for English students (including personal statement, interview preparation, and ELAT preparation), but I also have knowledge of the application process for most other subjects as well, and experience giving advice to students applying for different subjects. I can share my knowledge of living and studying at both universities as well!
