Lessons will be tailored to individual students, with their learning needs and weaknesses targeted and catered for. I take a more personalised approach to teaching - for example, if a student says critical reading is their most challenging area I will ask them to complete a past paper to look over, break down, and hand back, providing detailed feedback and guidance on how to improve.

Following that, I will chat to them about what I gathered, break down what went well and what could improve, and help them work towards a stronger grade.

My approach aims to address the underlying issue over the individual error. I would rather help a student understand the problem in their work than fix one word and call it solved.

I will adapt the pace and demands of the lessons/workload on a per student basis, and as a relatively new tutor, aim to provide top individual attention to each student as a bare minimum.
