• 90-minute business English lessons on Zoom
• Created projects and lessons predominantly focused on activities that supported their development of financial skills, critical-thinking skills, communication skills, business skills and leadership skills

• Simulated real-life business scenario role-plays interlaced in multi-phased projects that the students will undoubtedly engage in throughout their whole life. This hands-on training was and is very advantageous for the students’ confidence and experience to gain traction in the competitive global marketplace.

• Designed multi-lesson business projects that included business telephoning, business meetings, product-pitches, business emailing, job comparison analysis reports, business networking, wealth development, financial independence, company financial performance, entrepreneurship and business negotiations

• Conducted a 6-week Debate project that helped students tremendously refine their critical thinking skills, while enhancing their research skills and further improving their ability to formulate well-structured arguments based on evidence

• Constructed a 6 phase Health SWOT Analysis Report project for the 11th grade that dramatically increased their vocabulary, ability to analyze multiple influential factors, draw conclusions and make recommendations according to their own analysis and organize it into a professional report to make improvements in their health and verbally articulate their implementation strategy

• Developed a mini-course on the Basics of Wealth Development and Management that was newly introduced to the 12th grade to help them have a greater grip on personal finances now and into the future; included managing personal financial statements, evaluating income quadrants, financial planning, buying and selling assets and converting liabilities into assets


CORPORATE BUSINESS CLASSES
• Trained deputy directors of the Ministry of State-owned Enterprises in a variety of business and grammar skills

• Lead a workshop on improving presentation skills for the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which is a Non-Ministry Government Institution that is directly responsible to the President of Indonesia

• Conducted 30-hour business English courses for corporate clients such as Mitsubishi, OCBC Bank, JNE, Traveloka, William Sonoma, Amway, Telkomsigma on how to better communicate in English in business emailing, telephoning, leading meetings, presentations

• Administered in-house pre-course testing for 120 employees at Mercedes for evaluating their level of English

• Facilitated needs oriented private lessons for senior executive level Mandiri Bank employees to improve their presentation skills

• Strategically helped management and staff from Zurich Insurance expand their vocabulary and elevate their English fluency through various role-plays and activities

• Helped Jebsen & Jessen sales executives strengthen their ability to conduct monthly sales performance meetings in English much more confidently and efficiently

• Simplified & refined lessons in ways to maximize the students’ ability to absorb the material, apply the knowledge learned and sharpen their business skill-set in English
