I have been a Spanish tutor for 4 years which has allowed me to constantly update myself with different teaching tools both virtual and face-to-face. In all my classes I usually apply my knowledge in neurolinguistic programming.
For virtual methodologies, I first like to adjust my goals around the age and perception channel of the student and thus adjust to their way of learning. Nothing is difficult if you know how to teach it. For me, it is very important that the student's goal is met, I usually make different games or quizzes, or use support material such as videos and individual google docs for my students to learn in an entertaining way. However, grading is not to create a higher level of stress, but to apply knowledge that students sometimes ignore through dynamic practice.
